I need a new name

My blog name came about from the word 'sequins'. There was a time when I had (well I still have) massive yardages of sequined fabric, and all the glitter got me blinded. So I went into a craze where I even had to sew on hundreds of the shiny metallics by hand, on a jacket. The jacket was "sinequinan", because in Filipino language we have an offshoot called Tag-lish, a mix of Tagalog and English. In basic conjugation, we use affixes. SO, 'sequin' + 'in' = sinequin + 'an' for past tense, or maybe participle, = 'sinequinan'. To give it more depth, I made it 'sinequinone', in keeping with 'sine qua non'. Are you still awake because I'm zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Now I admit I took a page from the French clothing brand:

AND I REGRET IT.

I thought that this big ready-to-wear clothing company went with my elephant-style pants, chunky heels and cropped tops - all left in the past, right in the dark depths of the closet. Unfortunately, they are still franchising and what do you know, a fashion show in Manila. This 2010. Ugh. It's quite a stupid decision really, to almost copy a brand of clothing, when I myself am in the same industry. And thank you, StyleBible.ph for rubbing it in. If you're interested in the brand, you can find it in Greenbelt 5, or SM Mall of Asia.

Now what name to baptize my blog with.
